You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Orders submitted after the application period may not be processed.

• Not affecting resale

• Original packaging intact

• All accessories and gifts included

• No man-made damage

• Order number or proof of purchase provided


III. Goods Not Eligible for Return/Exchange


The following goods are generally not eligible for return/exchange:


• Used fishing lines, hooks, bait, and other consumable products

• Goods damaged by human error

• Goods beyond the return period

• Goods worn due to personal reasons


IV. Product Quality Issues


If you receive goods with the following conditions:


• Damaged goods

• Wrong goods sent

• Missing accessories

• Severe shipping damage

• Obvious quality problems


Please check 48 days after signing for the package. Contact customer service within 24 hours and provide:


• Order number

• Product photo

• Packaging photo


After confirmation, we will arrange for you to:


• Free replacement

• Exchange

• Partial refund

• Full refund


V. Exchange Policy


For exchanges:

• Size

• Model

• Style


Please contact customer service to confirm stock availability first.


Exchanged items must meet the return/exchange conditions.


If an exchange is requested due to personal reasons, the buyer must bear the round-trip shipping costs.


VI. Refund Instructions


Refunds will be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Refunds will be returned to your original payment account.

Processing time may vary depending on the bank.

We will bear the shipping costs in the following situations:

• Damaged goods

• Quality issues with the goods


Buyer will bear the shipping costs in the following situations:

• Dislike

• Wrong model purchased

• Incorrect size

• Temporary cancellation

• Returns due to non-quality issues


VIII. Return Process

Our customer service team will reply within 24-48 hours, providing return approval and return instructions.

Unauthorised returns may not be processed.


③ Returning Goods

④ Refund or Exchange Processing


After receiving the returned goods, we will complete the inspection and processing within 3-7 business days.

After approval:


• The refund will be returned to the original payment method, or

• We will arrange for a replacement item to be reshipped.


IX. Order Cancellation


• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled directly.

• To cancel, please apply for a return after receiving the goods.


X. Refusal of Packages


If a package is returned for the following reasons:


• Incorrect address

• No one to sign for it

• Buyer refuses to accept it

• Customs clearance incomplete


The resulting costs may be borne by the buyer.
